Cuvées and Grape Varieties

Our white grape varieties are Sauvignon, Colombard, Ugni blanc and Gros Manseng  which are harvested in the same order on a approximately ten weeks period between September and October.

This is quite a long period which allows us to appreciate quality of each variety and to affect this grape to wine production, floc production or armagnac production.

Our red grape varieties are Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, which are harvested during the same period and affected to red or rosé wine production as well as floc de Gascogne.

This is then with this range of seven grape varieties, and soon eight with Tannat, that we compose our wines.
