Harvest 2020 has started very early this year – 14.08.20 🍇🍇🍇 Never seen before! The climat is changing, we try to adapt to it.

The last variety will be the Gros Manseng which matures late and is our sweetest grape variety. You can find it in our sweet wine “Le Noisette” but also in the assembly of our dry white wine “Les Quatre Cépages” and in our sparkling wine “L’Anima Sana”.

Planting a hedge in the vineyards… Spring does not wait so we continue but we keep our distance … We think of the future, of the biodiversity that will return to our plantations. 🙂
