  1. Dear Domaine Pajot

I am in Australia and enjoying your Les Quarte Cépages for the first time. I have tasted Côtes de Gasgogne previously but not with this mélange de cépage. I am wondering about the proportions of the Colombard, Ugni-Blanc, Sauvignon and Gros-Manseng.

    Thank you

  2. A compelling blend that freshens my taste buds and leaves a pleasant astringency in the back of my mouth.
One bottle and it is my new everyday white wine. Additionally the Pajot domain has a suffix , Earl –my
middle name. A marriage made by mixing.
